  • If you’re like me, you’ll always buy for your horse first with no expense spared and then stick to a strict budget for yourself, which is why I’m always on the lookout for the best cheap riding tights. I’ve found nine pairs of budget-friendly riding tights – all with an RRP of £40 or under, with the cheapest being £20! And even better, you don’t have to compromise on desirable features, such as a full-seat grip or phone pockets.

Riding tights and leggings are so popular because they’re comfortable, ideal for everyday wear and in general they’re cheaper than the best breeches. While some of the best pairs of riding tights could set you back over £100 – and in many cases you get what you pay for – there are also plenty of cheaper riding tights available, too.
