  • Crufts, the largest show of its kind in the world, returns to Birmingham’s NEC this week, and Horse & Hound has you covered here with all the broadcast information you need to watch it.

Organised and hosted by The Kennel Club, Crufts celebrates all types of dogs from the largest dog breeds to the smartest dog breeds, and toy dogs to hound breeds across four days of competition (6–9 March 2025). Hundreds of dogs make the pilgrimage to the NEC for their chance to earn the title of Crufts Best In Show.

Not only is Crufts home to a wide range of competition – there are five rings running simultaneously each day – but there are displays running in the main arena, too, so there is plenty to watch whatever you’re interested in. If you’re lucky enough to attend in person, you’ll find hundreds of trade stands selling everything you can imagine, from the longest-lasting dog chews to the best pet GPS trackers.

Read on for all the details on how to watch Crufts online via live stream, or on TV, wherever you are in the world.

    Watch Crufts 2025 for free

Rights to air Crufts in the UK belong to Channel 4, with some of the coverage shared with sister channel More4. Channel 4 is a free-to-air broadcaster available to watch via linear television or online via the Channel 4 streaming platform.

Clare Balding is once again on hosting duties, bringing interviews and insight across the weekend to go with the best of the action. For an uninterrupted view of the main arena, the Crufts YouTube channel has a live stream.

How to watch Crufts 2025 from outside the UK

Those outside the UK will be able to watch Crufts main arena action via the Crufts YouTube live stream across all four days of competition (6–9 March). If you want your usual Channel 4 coverage with its commentary and studio production, you can still stream Channel 4 and More 4 from abroad, by using a VPN

Channel 4’s streaming service is geo-restricted, meaning it won’t usually work outside the UK, but a Virtual Private Network is a piece of software that can alter your device’s IP address to make it appear to be in a different country. Provided it complies with your broadcaster’s T&Cs, you can use a VPN to unblock your usual streaming services and enjoy your coverage from anywhere in the world.
